Clear out those toy boxes!

Save money, save the planet, contribute to a charitable donation and (the best bit!) bring home a stack of exciting toys for your little ones to enjoy.... all for a very purse-friendly £4 entrance token.

The swishkids idea is simple: clear out those unwanted toys from boxes and cupboards, bring them to your local swishkids event and swap them for a stack of well-cared for toys without a penny leaving your purse. Who knows what you might find!

swishkids swapping instead of shopping is a fun, ethical and sociable way of saving precious resources from landfill and saving you loads of money whilst refreshing your children's toyboxes.

How it works (easy peasy lemon squeezy):

1 Go through toy boxes and cupboards and find 5 good quality toys that have been well cared for and are still in very good working order. Please ensure that there are no missing parts. Soft toys should be clean and ready to cuddle!

2. Bring them along to your local swishkids event where you will be able to exchange them for 5 tokens to redeem against other items. Entrance to the swishkids swap will be £4

3. When the whistle blows, get swapping! You will be able to redeem each of your tokens against any other item. If there are more than 5 things that catch your eye there will be a small charge of 50p per additional items that you want to take home with you

4. Check out and take your new "purchases" home to be played with and enjoyed, with love from swishkids

Toys which haven't found a new home via swishkids will be donated to local playgroups or youth groups to be loved and cherished. 10% of the entry token price will be donated to Aberlour, Scotland's Children's Charity. swishkids swapping is currently set up to accomodate toy swaps only, clothes swishes coming soon!
